These policies apply to all ACNM National Web sites.

Legal Disclaimers, Copyright Notices, and Permissions

1. ACNM shall post a general legal disclaimer, a privacy policy, limited liability statements, and copyright notices for review by all Web site viewers.
2. All legal disclaimers, privacy policies, liability statements, online licenses, and copyright notices used shall be approved for use on the Web site by ACNM.
3. ACNM shall post a permission form for those requesting authorization to use copyrighted ACNM materials. This form shall be prominently displayed on the Web site with links to the form in all areas displaying publications.
4. For non-ACNM materials placed on the Web site, ACNM will obtain written permission from the owner of the materials before placing them on the Web site. 
5. When non-ACNM materials are posted, ACNM will identify them as such and prominently display the following text:

"The following materials are protected by copyright by the owners of the materials. They are provided here for your information. If you wish to reproduce these materials or use them in any other way, you must request permission for those uses from the owner of the original materials.  Also, ACNM does not endorse the content of the advertisement."

Sales Criteria for Web Site Advertising:

1. ACNM will offer advertisers a variety of advertising options on the Web site.
2. Section advertisers will be given first selection of currently available sections.
3. Banner ads will always link to an advertiser’s Web site.
